Order Modifications & Cancellation
To ensure we ship out products efficiently, we begin processing your order immediately after it's placed. Unfortunately, once orders are submitted, they cannot be cancelled or modified.
Incomplete or Damaged Products
Please contact us within 12 working days from the date of delivery if you receive incomplete or damaged products. You can reach us by phone/SMS/WhatsApp at 08091110687 or by email at customercare@studiomilel.com. Issues reported after this timeframe will not be valid, except in extreme cases.
Wrong Delivery Address
Contact us immediately at 08091110687 or customercare@studiomilel.com if you provided an incorrect delivery address. However, once orders are processed, they cannot be cancelled or modified. In cases where a wrong address is provided and the items are undeliverable at the first attempt, you will be charged for a second delivery attempt.
